DPST is a unique sports performance company
focused on teaching the fundamental concepts of
athletic exercise.   All of our training techniques are
broken down into simple stages.  This enables us
to progress any athlete through our training.
We offer specific programs designed to get specific
results.  Athletes train beyond what they have ever
done.  Therefore, stimulating growth in their athletic
performance.

Our training methods consist of combining optimal
movement, speed, strength, power, balance,
functional flexibility, trunk training, core stability,
explosion and recovery to enhance athletic
performance.                                                             

Clients range from 13 year old high school students
looking to make the varsity team, to 60 year old
golfers looking to make it back to the course.
